Victoria Rowe
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Victoria Rowe founded Toria's Support Care Services, Inc. in March 2003 with a simple but powerful belief: every individual deserves to be treated like family.
With over 20 years of experience in human services and a degree in Psychology from St. Leo University, she has dedicated her life to creating safe, supportive homes where individuals can thrive.
As both a business owner and the proud mother of twin sons, Toria believes family is at the center of everything she does. That philosophy continues to shape the culture of the organization, influencing how residents are cared for, how employees serve others, and how families are welcomed as partners in care.
