Since 2003, Toria's Support Care Services has provided compassionate, person-centered residential care, nursing services, transportation, and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as elderly adults. Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
Supporting individuals eligible through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) with intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, spina bifida, Phelan-McDermid syndrome, and other qualifying developmental disabilities.
Elderly Adults
Providing compassionate assistance for seniors who require help with daily activities, medication management, healthcare coordination, transportation, and aging in place.
Families & Guardians
Partnering closely with families, guardians, physicians, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, person-centered care.
