A typical day may include nutritious meals, personal care assistance, medication support, community outings, recreational activities, life skills training, day programs, medical appointments, social interactions, and leisure activities. We encourage active participation in the community and meaningful engagement throughout the day.
Yes. We provide nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks every day. Our menus are designed to support overall health and wellness while accommodating physician-ordered diets, allergies, dietary restrictions, and individual preferences whenever possible.
Yes. We provide transportation for medical appointments, day programs, shopping trips, recreational outings, community activities, religious services, and other approved destinations. Our goal is to help individuals remain active, engaged, and connected within their communities.
Yes. Our trained staff provide medication assistance and medication administration in accordance with physician orders and all applicable state regulations. We also provide nursing oversight and healthcare coordination when appropriate to help ensure each individual's health needs are properly managed.

Scheduling a tour is easy. Simply contact our office by phone, email, or through our online contact form, and a member of our team will arrange a convenient time for you to visit. We encourage prospective residents, family members, guardians, and Support Coordinators to tour our homes, meet our staff, and learn more about our services.
Costs vary depending on the individual's needs, level of care required, funding source, and services provided. We will gladly discuss available funding options and provide detailed information during the referral and intake process.
Yes. Toria's Support Care Services proudly provides services for individuals who are eligible through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Medicaid Waiver Program. We work closely with Support Coordinators, families, guardians, and referral partners throughout the admissions process to ensure a smooth transition into our homes.
Eligibility depends on several factors, including age, diagnosis, level of support needs, funding source, and service availability.Individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, spina bifida, Phelan-McDermid syndrome, certain developmental disabilities recognized by Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), and elderly adults who require assisted living services may qualify for care.If you are unsure whether your loved one is eligible, our team would be happy to discuss your situation and help determine the most appropriate options.

Absolutely. Community involvement is an important part of our philosophy of care. Residents are encouraged to participate in shopping trips, recreational activities, dining out, community events, volunteer opportunities, religious services, and other activities based on their interests, abilities, and personal goals.
